so my first day at my new store is thursday and im pretty nervous!! excited, but nervous. im a 3 year partner, i know how to do the job, but i also know every store is different on how day to day things are run. also im switching from an incredibly busy drive thru store to a slower cafe. any tips? on how to fit in, or how to learn the way the store is run, and also how to correct things i see wrong, or anything else you feel is useful! i dont wanna overstep anything, but im going in as a supervisor so ill still be expected to coach!
