The idea is sweet from a consumer side, but they reallllly dont consider the strain on the workers. A long time ago I worked at Taco Bell and someone from construction came in to get lunch for all the guys.. 25ish mexican pizzas, during a rush. Luckily I was only register but my poor coworkers!

First thing Monday morning, I got to make a 5 gallon cambro and 2 decaf travelers.. we were out of short cups to give and she took the last gallon of half and half. And then I burned my whole hand on her coffee 🙃

We had a few big orders with 15-20 drinks just today. This whole week has been hell and we’re out of just...so much stuff. Our staff keeps quitting and leaving so we’re also short staffed😭
