White Mocha Shortage?? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Is anyone else’s store facing a corporate shortage of white mocha? We’ve been out for over a week now & there’s none in stock to ship to us. I find customers are the rudest about not having white mocha, going off on us for “not ordering enough” or “needing to get a new manager”. Some even catch an attitude & drive off. Many people are upset about this & are taking it out on us, honestly I blame the tiktok drink (Iced WM VSCCF & extra CD) for this. Is anyone else facing rude upset customers due to white mocha shortage?

We have been out of all cake pops except cookie dough, blackberry inclusions, mango refresher, all of the bagels, and oat milk. Theres things missing off of every truck. We ran out of frappucino roast last week and my boss pulled like 20 espresso shots, chilled them and put the pumper in and called it a day

I just looked to the internet to learn about shortage on Amazon of the instant white chocolate mocha packets that’s been existing since October. I looked at eBay and a few people are selling boatloads if it at 60% of what I usually pay. Seems like someone is stealing Starbucks supply?

Oh, the reaction was awful when that happened awhile back. We’ve been out of caramel drizzle for a week and today I was saying, “At least we have white mocha!” I hope there won’t be a wave of outages. I have never tasted it, if I did in training I don’t remember it. There’s something about it that people gotta have

We’ve been out of: ham and Swiss croissants, blueberry scones, grilled cheese, SAR, dragonfruit inclusions, oat milk, almond milk, and coffee base. I’m praying we run out of cream base too so we can have a whole day without making fraps.

we have no cake pops, cookies, and only have pumpkin bread, yet we have enough products for the new drink to last a year. .-.
