benefit hours/july audit (self.starbucksbaristas)

Is anyone else struggling to meet the 520 hours needed for the july audit and have any advice on what to do?? I work in a smaller store and during January/February especially we were all being under scheduled or sent home HOURS early some days because our store was so slow. We have also had to shut down twice since January due to positive COVID cases and weren’t offered many hours at other stores around us during those times.

So now multiple partners won’t meet the necessary 520 hours by July because we can’t be scheduled anymore than we already are and no one can pick up more hours because everyone needs the ones they’re scheduled for.

I currently am almost 200 hours short and would need to work over 30 hours a week until the audit to reach my 520 but those hours are just simply not available at my store and i know other partners have even more 200 missing.

I feel like Starbucks has really let us down as a company and I don’t see any reason in staying past September. (When our benefits are taken away due to the July audit) The PCC was no help at all, basically told me that I need my manager to schedule me more and told to use my sick or vacation time towards it (I have no vacation time yet as I’ve only been here just under a year).
