yo this happened at my store!!! we were all so mad and had no idea who was fucking up the cold brew, but you have to make sure whoever makes cold brew is filling the water pitcher Exactly to 3.5L all 4 times. if it's overfilled to 3.8 that's when it overflows.

that happened to us. the filter bag broke in it and we've started double bagging it to avoid it. (the bag ripped multiple times since we got the new cold brewers)
