trust me, that was the first thing i did. restroom cleaner, hot water, outdoor bleach, that new drain cleaner, nothing has worked so far lmao. im gonna try plugging the drain filling it with urnex and hot water and take a scraper to it

We have a drain but can't see it we have a tray with holes that covers the drain. I know 5 days a week it's cleaned, I can not attest to the others cleaning it.

My store is slow but I usually try to clean it once a week. Sometimes more because I'm clumsy and spill in it lol... Would be way easier if it had a drain though

It might not be connected to a drain. We have an ice bin right by our drive bar that is kind of in an awkward place and I've never seen it used since I got to my store. We use it to keep our open bags of espresso beans to refill the hoppers. One time when cleaning out the bean mess I poured water down it to clean it out and just went on to the floor cause I didnt know it wasn't connected to a drain😭
