i was hired on as a supervisor four months ago, and now am not getting the supervisor position and got cut back to barista pay. the main reason i took the job was because it was a supervisor position. i’m now struggling because i’m making significantly less. i’m not excited to go into work ever, and it’s beyond draining for me.
