Those who trust the Hobart too much are the people who don’t preclean their at home dishes before putting into their dishwasher .

I rinse of ALL gunk off dishes before I put them in Hobart.... anyone who doesn’t thoroughly rinse is just lazy lol

especially bc sometimes the stubborn gunk like matcha traces is still left on even after a cycle and you can see it!!

if you dont rinse dishes first, the hobart filter fills with dirty water and everything you wash after that is just washed with the same dirt water

Still gonna properly wash 2L pitchers and mocha syrup bottles tho. Those develop a brown film over time if you don’t wash them properly 🤢

I’m so freaking thankful they finally announced that it was a full dishwasher! Took me 8 months and another partner finally telling the DM that it was one. We were using chemical sanitizer in the detergent line 🤢 all dishes need to be sprayed off before being put in the hobart
