I don't know 🥲 I could see how maybe Apple juice might work? But peppermint?!

I'm seriously wondering if it was a drink made to troll someone's friend who has COVID or something and can't taste... like someone ordered this to test their friend's taste buds type of deal? I can't see any other reason that this would be good... unless they bought it to seriously clear out someone's intestines or something?

Mint lemonade & tea is super common in the middle east. It’s usually spearmint tho, so the peppermint bit might be as close as they could try?! My favorite is when they blend so much mint that the drink is neon green & really tart!

Hmmmmmm... that's interesting... the customer's name was really unique also so maybe that's it? I wasn't even sure how to pronounce it and it was a mobile order so the customer definitely spelled their own name correctly.

I did just look up the name origin and it has both Indian and Islamic origins. So that probably is it. So much for my thought process on friends trolling a friend with COVID 😂

Thank you though! That makes much more sense and is super cool - I didn't know about the mint lemonade and tea thing. Now I kinda wanna try it or see if I can find some type of mint to add to the drink.

Interesting. Maybe the customer didn't see that on the menu or maybe we were out of it yesterday? (That's possible - we are out of quite a bit of refreshers and teas).

So I forgot to add the apple juice. I did half black tea, half lemonade, no LCS, 2 pumps peppermint for a grande.

It was SO GOOD!!!

I thought the peppermint was going to overpower the tea but it was just enough!

Ooooooooo that's awesome! Now I'm gonna go and try it without the apple juice and then with the apple juice cuz I'm curious if that makes a difference. Maybe the customer was onto something here? I didn't put LCS in the customers drink either so maybe it is good?!
