Hey Guys my shift assessment is tomorrow any tips? I feel like I’m pretty prepared my store manager has even let me run point a couple of times.

Look at the Shift Supervisor Approach in the Ops Excellence Guide, you can find it on the partner hub. And brag! Don’t be afraid to say the things you’ve done that made a customer, or another partner’s day. ☺️

I’m sure you worked hard, as we all have through a lot of tough stuff the last year. Be proud of what you’ve accomplished, as all baristas should be!
