Some days it’s real shit, but my partners always make me enjoy the job. Without them I would of not even consider the siren.

I like my job, I wouldn’t say I LOVE my job. I’d love if corporate would properly staff and train their staff so a lot of us wouldn’t have to compensate for incompetency.

To be fair, I can’t wait to just have to work one job and Starbucks ain’t it, but I don’t hate everything about it, my team is pretty cool and we have some really nice regulars, just wish I could get myself to not work so much.

Honestly I really do love it. I’ve only been with Starbucks for about 3 months but I’ve had so many jobs in the past where the work environment was so toxic and at my store rn I really love my coworkers and the vibe is just so much better for me mentally. Yeah it’s stressful don’t get me wrong but I don’t mind it at all cause of my coworkers tbh lol
