im a newbie and ive been hearing a lot of conflicting stuff about the free drinks we get and online there isnt clarification
1. i've heard we can get 1 before during and after our shift
2. that we can only have 1
3. and that we can have as many as we want while we are working
which one is correct?

on days you work you can get 1 free drink up to 30 minutes before your shift, 1 up to 30 minutes after, and as many as you want (i believe up to 8) during your shift, along with one food item.
as of right now (and through september), on days you don’t work you can get 1 free food item and 1 free drink. this has been a special benefit that started with COVID and keeps getting extended.
if someone doesn’t markout your items as free on your day off, just remind them that the benefit was extended and they can check on the partner hub or in the weekly updates (i think there was a notice about it being extended through september a couple of weeks ago)

I was told by my SM it’s only three per shift, one 30 mins before, one on your break, and one 30 mins after your shift ends :/

the full written out policy is on the partner hub. if you can find it print it out and post it in the back. if youre in the US, this is the policy.

There is no advertised limit of 8 from what I know. I have no idea where that number comes from, have been with the company for over 2 years and there has never been a limit. You get as many as you want while you work. 1 30 minutes before and 1 30 minutes after. You also get a free food and bev on your days off until that benefit ends in June or whenever it gets extended to if it hasn’t been already
