just out of curiosity, how do you guys go about making an iced cappuccino? its not something that is commonly ordered but when it is i’ve seen ppl make it differently

I know some people do it with hot foam, that’s how you spot workers who have been working at Starbucks for a very long time. The updated recipe is made with cold foam like the person above stated.

unfortunately they changed it back to the hot foam a while back. but I always train new baristas to do it with cold foam because I'm not a monster

I was away from the Bux for 4 yrs and came back recently. I was very glad that I watched someone do this with the new way to make cold foam before I went to put hot foam on the drink per the old way 🤣

Less milk on the bottom (up to middle line or so), ice, then cold foam using whatever milk they used for the cappuccino. Just like regular cappuccino, you can still make it wet or dry by adding more or less cold foam.
