- its only coffee dont stress about it
- don't take criticism personally and dont make excuses for yourself (most of the time obviously if its something serious)
- dont feel bad about asking questions
- training is kinda lowkey unimportant and it's just ment to get you comfortable in the roles and routines and no one is actually expecting you to learn everything within 3 days or so
- watch and learn/practice, any chance you get

dont stress about not knowing how to do everything perfectly, the only way to learn this job is by doing it and you’ll get more used to it with time. and don’t be afraid to ask questions !

Don’t stress if you mess up. Especially a small thing on a drink. 3/4 of people
Won’t notice and 3/4 of those people won’t say anything

At some point, you won't be expecting it, but you are going to have a customer treat you like a bug under their boot. It is not your fault, you didn't do anything to them, and you can absolutely call your supervisor over to help you and support you.

Also you will spill/drop/break things. Happens to all of us, laugh it off and just clean it up and move on.
