The fact you can go past the 40 hr mark.. 😭 at our store, we're never approved for overtime unless it's absolutely necessary.. id gladly go overtime but can't

Our district and maybe even our area is struggling at the moment, ngl- I'm just a barista but I've been picking up shifts at different stores and all that too. Our hours were cut but the loophole is that we can come in early or just come in when we want to and clock in. It's a weird situation idk

I wish! I was getting scheduled 35 hours as a barista but then moved stores to be a shift and now I'm barely getting 20..... making less than I did as a barista 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
