tomorrow will be my first time closing the kiosk alone!! ive only been alone maybe an hour at a time but i’ll be working 3 1/2 hours alone and im so scared and overwhelmed by it. ive been working there for about a month and i have all the basics down but im still so terrified :’))) do you guys have any tips??

I was in a Safeway licensed kiosk for about 8 months. My biggest tip is to make a list of everything you need to do, and start doing it early. My manager had a little schedule for us to follow, so maybe ask your coworkers if they have something like that? Keep it clean as you go!
As for customers, I worked one order at a time, one drink at a time. It doesn't matter how many people might be waiting in line or how many things they order, right? It's just the drink in front of you, right now.
I'm always super honest about being new if customers get impatient or I'm feeling self-conscious. "Sorry, I'm a little nervous, this is my first solo close!"
