The drip bucket should be on the counter not on the floor. Being on the floor is not only gross it is a health code violation.

An extra fine mesh tea strainer was suggested in another group and it is also genius. Also great to have around for pour-over fails and ripped tea sachets

considering the bottom of the cube is on the floor and not the top, i don’t really think it matters all that much. our store does it that way too

But would you eat just the top of something you dropped on the floor? Germs travel and being in contact with the floor just invites problems. Its a health code violation none the less

oh i completely understand why it is a health code violation but with that being said a lot of stores don’t have the counter space (mine being one).

We use pitchers at our store even though we do not have the space either.. or the time.. but it is better than a health code violation or eco shore visit
