Is this scheduling problem I am having normal? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hey everyone!

I had a question regarding online scheduling. Normally, I see my shifts for 1-3 weeks ahead of time and can use little arrows to scroll through the weeks (one week displayed at a time). Usually (at least, in my case), if you try to scroll past the weeks that your manager scheduled for you, you will receive a message stating that the schedule for that week has no yet been released and you cannot scroll past that message. Recently, however, I have been able to scroll months into the future and see "0 hours scheduled/punched".

Granted, I did request time off for June to attend my graduation ceremonies and party and my manager did inform us that is working on scheduling for the summer since he anticipates the store to be very busy (of course, it's Starbucks in summer lol).

I just wanted to know if this is anything anyone else has experienced and whether or not it is something to be concerned about.

If the manager did any work on a week it’ll be there. When my store half quarantined in like dec she wrote the new revised staffing schedule in jan but it wasn’t Jan.
