We only have two morning shift supervisors and they are BOTH unbearable to be around. Micro-managing, rude, and obsessive about drive thru times to the point that it even slows us down. I can’t say anything about it or I get reprimanded for being “bossy.”

One manager has decided that one of my coworkers is her scapegoat to yell at all morning and when she’s not yelling at her, she’s condescending, unhelpful, and rude to even the nice customers over DTO. She will freak out if food or drinks aren’t done instantaneously and will make a big deal about switching our positions to embarrass us if we’re not going fast enough for her taste. The thing that kills me is it’s even worse on days that we’re doing fine and have low times, she just likes to take out her stress on all of us.

I’m so tired. I understand that shifts are under a lot of stress right now but coming to work for 10$ an hour to get yelled at by customers and managers alike while making increasingly more complicated tiktok orders for people is awful. Hopefully, I won’t be around for long because I’m applying for summer interships but good god, just know I’m rooting so hard for all of you guys who are in similar situations. We deserve better.
