I got in trouble for reporting work place violence, my manager refuses to let me transfer to other stores that I blend well with their team, schedules me weird hours of the day, made me work the next night after a literal shooting, and just over all neglects the team.
I want to cry and I cannot even take the time off to fix my car.

If you don’t feel safe going to work then tell them! And if they go against your feelings call higher ups!

You don’t have to go if you don’t feel comfortable working they can’t make you. Also, if you want different hours try adjusting your availability on your app

Higher ups have already been involved, and while they did help before, now they just put their hands up in the air and expect my manager to resolve the issues (though it won’t happen, nor will he escalate the issue to the higher ups because he doesn’t want me to leave). I also want to have an interview at a different store and just get rehired

Also, among just like not being able to get my car fixed, I have to put my dog down because she’s so old and sick and it’s just hard to watch, but my manager couldn’t care any less

Have you called the partner resource center? Starbucks has a strict no-retaliation policy, and I'm sure there are state laws that govern employers' practices (and behaviors) regarding employees. I know that sounds kinda overreactive, but if you truly feel unsafe, there are other parties besides Starbucks that can offer assistance. Me? I'd sue. But then again, I'm litigous in theory.
