I'm honestly curious if you can find this information anywhere or just how many you all think have busted their butts on the floor with us in recent years because with recent things I've seen it seems like no higher-ups understand just how much we do.

Understanding our stress is not relevant to the businesses needs or bottom line. They'll push for as much as possible until enough people push back to impact the bottom line. It is why a general strike would be helpful.
