hey everyone i just got hired as a SSV and my manager wants me to get the hang of everything as a barista before i become an official SSV. i really want to do good and was wondering if you had any tips or like flash cards or something lol that helped you guys out while training?

the best practice is bar practice tbh. i’ve found the customer app is also super helpful since everything in the drink is listed and there are a few youtube videos that helped me.
