Cafe opening soon, any advice? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I was hired in January and I’ve never worked a shift with the cafe open. My store’s going under Reno and the cafe is open once the construction’s over. Any advice? (I’m vaxxed so I’m not too terrified of the plague)

I always make sure to remind myself to clean off surfaces when cafe is open. Especially if I’m support. Every time I’m on Cafe Bar I wipe down the pick area every hour or 30 minutes. But mostly it’s just chatting.
