So today while i was at drive a woman came to the screen saying she wanted a mocha caramel frappe. This was whatever, it wasnt until she said she wanted like no caffeine in it. So i said alright we can make it decaf. She responded with she only wanted a quarter of a shot of decaf. She on top of this was saying a bunch of other stuff, making it more confusing. She kept telling me she cant handle caffeine (in my head im like then why are you getting something coffee based) and she kept saying that the decaf had too much caffeine, like ???? I kept trying to figure out what she meant cause the way she was explaining was probably not the best way. I called over a more experienced partner cause she was getting upset with me. I didn’t hear what she said to my coworker but she did have to defend me. She was just overall rude, as we were just trying to make sure we got her what she wanted. Plus what she was saying was dumb anyways. Just releasing some frustration and can anyone figure out what she meant lol
