Anyone else having an influx of rude customers lately? I work at a license store and we typically have pretty nice and chill customers but lately it’s been hell.
Like I had to customer cuss me out tonight because she couldn’t get her Frappuccino in a Trenta. Here’s how the interaction went:
C: i want a trenta vanilla bean frap
Me: I can’t do Frappuccino’s in the trenta but I can give you a venti
C: excuse me??!! but I always get it in the trenta!!! When did you start doing this?
Me: I’m sorry but the largest size available for Frappuccino’s has always been venti
C:NO I HAVE GOTTEN IT HERE SIX TIMES BEFORE
Me: I’m sorry ma’am but there’s not even a button for me to be able to ring up a trenta frappuccino
She then proceeds to cuss me out while making her drink 😒😒 like ma’am I’ve worked here for almost two years and I can bet you $1000 you have never gotten a trenta frap from here

The past few weeks have been terrible for us. It’s exhausting. Even some of our super nice regulars have been a little snippy.

NoWw just you. We are going through hell here at corporate. We have been running out of product due to issues with our delivery and distribution. We run out really quick and then we get some pissy customers who are upset over it. One lady complained that we could not give her EXXCXXXXTRAAAA caramel because we were super low on it. Yesterday another customer had a tantrum because she mobile ordered bacon egg bites and for some reason despite it being unavailable she was able to order it. Demanding a refund but not willing to wait at the drive through line for it ( like there is no other way to do a danm refund). I'm so over it. Like, Kim, people are dying and you get mad over egg bites. I'm losing my soul. Thank goodness I have therapy this afternoon.

(To address the ordering of egg bites when unavailable) 1. If the person favorited or saved an order on the app, then they can override the system and still order that order even if something in it is unavailable.

I got cursed and sas from an eight year old today, while mom and dad looked on (and said nothing) because were out of drizzle and couldn’t make her tik tok drink. It’s rough out there right now.

I had a girl order through passenger seat and i said 3 times i couldn’t hear her, then her and her husband yells the order at me rudely. They get to the window and it’s my FAMILY. My cousin.. i for sure made them feel bad because A) don’t yell rudely B)Yk i just started here
