Uhhhh they did change the recipe to 4x, we’re not supposed to be cutting it until the new stuff comes in which i think is next week. we just move it to the pitcher and don’t add water… I think you’re doing it wrong

he's been having us cut it with water in the pitchers. The first thing i said when i walked in yesterday was "why are we doing this" because he initially said we weren't going to cut it with water or really use the pitchers but then changed his mind so we could "follow corporates decisions"

I asked my SM if any of those changes were happening and he said no. Now i'm mad because he didn't inform us that 🤦
