Have you tried the cold foam blender trick for matcha iced lattes? If you measure that first drink in the actual ice cup and then pour it all in to the cold foam blender and press #4. ✨magic✨

It doesn't seem like they got milk, so what's wrong with the "in a venti cup"? It's literally just ice. How would you rather they order that? A venti latte with no milk?

...dude chill. i wasnt looking at this that closely, i see now that there isnt milk in this one. in the mobiles i get a lot they do want milk and i have to explain at least once a shift that im only allowed to add 4oz before it becomes a latte, and most of the people get huffy at me for it. my mistake i guess.

Idk, maybe it's just my store, but the people who get the quad espresso like this are actually trying to get it stronger, so I don't really see the problem, granted it's normally with the white mocha thing to make it like Vietnamese coffee.
