ordering at the window... even if it's just a water.
i literally had someone ask me for TWO grilled cheeses after i cashed them out and gave them everything they had originally ordered at the box. i wanted to \~die\~.

It’s always the super complicated orders, too.
What bothers me personally is when I’m on bar and someone I work with will pull 20 stickers and/or stack cups and go “bOtToM tO tOp” like????? Stop it or I’ll saw your hands off, Jennifer. I also reallllly hate wearing the headset. People ordering at the window. Ordering at the bar while we’re making drinks. Snapping at us to get our attention (we will ignore you until you get our attention like normal human beings, we are not dogs), ordering 5+ drinks with no warning/call ahead esp in drive thru

Oatmeal orders are my biggest pet peeves at work! No idea why but an order for a blueberry oatmeal comes out and I am livid

Honestly I hate wearing headset when I’m on drive bar. It throws me off every time and gives me anxiety when I hear like “6 venti...” and it’s like a bunch of different Frappuccino’s and I lose it

The partners who don’t work at my store that come to my store to get drinks bother me. There’s like 2-3 that come through a few times a week. Always when we’re busy. They order ridiculous drinks with over 15 mods. And they don’t know the right drink names or what comes inside them as a standard. And get to the window and aren’t wearing a mask.

ripping the headset off immediately

I've found I can replicate the headsets saying "change battery" in both the English and Spanish voices (yes we have both for some reason??) to the point where newer baristas and transfers take their headset off to change battery. Some have since caught on to my shenanigans and will say "Lynzeeni, did you just do the thing or do I really need to change battery?" Hehehe
