Customizations, always. It’s rare I’ve had someone legit try to scam an extra topping or something, and even then, I don’t get a bonus, I don’t care enough to not give it to you if you try lol.

For me, it’s scamming drinks.

At least with modified drinks, I know what I have to do on bar and I just send it off into the world.

With scammers, I have to listen to their fake story, STOP what I’m doing, and remake the whole drink again.

Yeah, the excessive modifiers are worse, in my eyes. I swear it happens at least once a shift, that I’ll getaways drink with like 10 modifiers, and I’ll miss one, and either the drink comes back to be remade, or I’ll realize it while I still have it, and have to dump it and remake it. Sometimes when it’s really busy, I just can’t remember them all.

That said, it would be cool if the modifiers were printed out in the order that the drinks are made.

I don’t care about either of these things, it’s a total waste of emotional energy that I simply do not have to spare.

as long as there's no one else in the store, customer b every gd time. usually it's just some stupid teen, pretty nice. tip as always is a bonus. people who try to scam you by trying to make you break policy are always rude as hell and KNOW that theyre being difficult for us. customer b just wants their instagram pic, customer a is an asshole.

my personal Motto, more than two modifications get a 1$ tip no matter what and then past that it’s based on customer service
