Someone ordered this at my store a few months ago. It’s suppose to be “Keto” 😒 as if a black coffee isn’t also keto.

At least there’s some syrup and heavy cream in it. Our customer gets this but 10 splendas no base and it overworked one of our blender motors and it broke. Right before summer. I’m still salty about it.

Can someone let’s that keto warrior know they consumed 16 carbs in the sugar free syrups and 3 carbs per cup of heavy cream. So if they got more than 4 ounces of cream, which I’m sure they did they comsumed as many carbs as the short white mocha. K thanks. 16+12= 28 net carbs... homie you exceeded the suggested carb intake...

Weird question but for drive thru do you guys ask the customer for their name so when they get to the window there's no handing out the wrong drinks/paying for the wrong order? I work at a high traffic store that keeps getting busier the warmer the weather gets.
