just sounds like you have some bad luck with management. several staff quitting at once shows it’s probably not a fun place to work. but not every store is bad, finding a good team to work with is just about luck

I’m not trying to be super negative, but If that’s how the store is run now, it’s probably not going to change anytime soon.

Honestly I used to feel that - I was new & doing DTO, DTW, fraps and POS when we were busy with frappy hour. I literally was like an octopus haha. There was one shift supervisor who was so nasty he made me cry and I never get upset at work usually. Now I’m more experienced, if I got put in that position again I’d advocate for myself more & simply say I can’t do all of that, all of the time. Also I got promoted to shift & worked really hard to make sure all new staff felt confident and welcomed and we take care of each other.
But I remember for a couple months I’d get home every day and cry and think about quitting. Luckily I stayed and lasted longer than the nasty people! It could get better. If not, remember the staffing levels aren’t your fault. If corporate cares about wait times, they can pay to staff the store properly. If someone you work with is mean to you, I always try be extra kind and remind them what human interaction is meant to be like.
