I'm a little mad to find out that Morales was fired over this. I don't think he was malicious at all... And Edward seems to be unfazed by all the attention.

Starbucks just fired him because they don’t want employees to have emotions. We should be allowed to talk about bad people and orders without fear of being fired. 😒

Barista's expressing frustration with continually making overly elaborate drinks is something Starbucks never wants to see. The spokesperson (uncredited, cool to see we get to be the public face but the people who gey payed to talk to press remain anonymous) said it's part of the "Starbucks experience" while avoiding the toll on the barista of having to handle each different 10 mod item while remembering and adhering to standard.
