I got yelled at today after a woman drank her daughters drink- and she demanded I remake it & continued to yell at me while I remade the drink she drank and no one backed me up 🥲 I mentally quit emotions for a good two hours(v.redd.it)

I'm so sorry Karen couldn't read a sticker or hear the drink called out to know it was for her kid instead of her and also didn't know it wasn't hers after one sip instead of the entire drink. I'm also sorry she yelled at you for her stupidity. Some people have something really wrong with them.

being on register sucks lately because of all the shortages and people are so damn rude. like yes, it sucks we're STILL out of \*insert whatever nonsense\*. but i, a 25 year old make less than $13 an hour, did not purposefully get rid of all of that item just to spite you. sorry about it.

I almost got written up for asking a customer "what's up?" in place of "what's wrong?" when she walked past the registers to stand at the handoff plane and got angry that we weren't ringing her up... where there were no registers. She was so infuriated by my "lack of professionalism" that she called my manager the next morning to complain :)

Bruh our stores is literally out of every sandwich no stoppers and cups ....shipment just doesn't get delivered and customers tell us we should get it or how we are lazy not just buying them at the store .....like mam ....also ppl who don't understand no mask thing hasn't taken affect yet ...some ppl wanna fight just cs ....

Sorry to hear that, there are def some customers that just feel like this character from a show called Community (Pierce) , the type of person that’s overbearing, rude and a oblivious for no good reason
I had a somewhat similar exp with this man and his wife ordering hot coffee; I got them new cups every time when they said it wasn’t fresh as they stood there telling me abt how poor a job I was doing and on my third attempt they removed their masks entirely, took a single sip, laughed, and left the cups there on the counter It can feel disheartening as shit for sure :/
In any case I hope you take a bunch of time to yourself and listen to some good music to help with all of that :)
