I’m vaccinated, I think my whole store is vaccinated, but our county is only 27% vaccinated plus we’re a cafe only store in the middle of a big tourist destination. The kind of destination that attracts the kind of people you expect to be politically against this vaccine or masks. It’s gonna be a weird summer if I stick it out lol.

i dont think i want to stick it out. they aren't going to increase our wages and they sure as hell dont care about if the partners get sick or are concerned at all.

honestly, even as a customer I would feel a little uncomfortable. granted I'm vaccinated but, I don't wanna pass Covid on to other people.

I tested positive for covid in December and during that time, I ALWAYS wore a mask, I mean I seriously wore a mask constantly because I work two jobs and I was consistently sanitizing my hands. It was to the point I felt naked without a mask.
I still got covid.
No, I'm not afraid of people not wearing masks seeing as how I tested postive for covid even when I did everything I could to prevent getting covid in the first place.
Many of you won't be happy to read this but I'm genuinely happy we are finally moving forward from this pandemic. Are enough people vaccinated? No. But enforcing mask wearing is NOT going to prevent covid, point blank. I'm proof of that.
I still got covid.

Did you miss the whole part about how masks primarily work to prevent someone with covid from passing it to others, and not to protect the wearer?

No. I did not miss that.
In fact, as I stated I work two jobs. I should mention -
customers were also required to wear masks and so everyone surrounding me was also wearing a mask. That did not prevent ME from getting covid. I still got covid despite OTHERS wearing a mask around me.
