Look through the interview questions posted on sites like Glassdoor, and then figure out what experiences you have had could speak to that question. Most interview questions are trying to get at specific skills and abilities and just worded slightly differently, so having a few example scenarios ready to go will really help the day of. Have examples of the situation before hand, your assessment of the situation and your plan to changes it, and then the result. The result can be good or bad, you don’t always have to share successes, but if it’s bad also share what you learned from that situation.
