i honestly feel like i just got hired because i had a reference in the company. my interview was extremely easy. it was over google meets because of covid and she literally just asked my favorite and least favorite thing abt my previous work experience, what my good and bad traits are, and what i’m expecting from working there. it was probably a 10 minutes call and at the end she said she was was offering me a position and she will send me some information to fill out and schedule me for onboarding and training

definitely tell that to not stress about it. it’s not as hard as they probably think it’ll be

They really do ask you tired old interview questions like "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" "What is your worst trait?" "What's something nice you've done for someone else?" I was really surprised by that because anyone modern wouldnt ask such lame questions, but they have to pick like 3 off a corporate list.
