Any advice on training 3+ during a shift, and at the same time?

One on the computer for an hour one or two shadow then transition throughout the shift or half time on comp half shadow but alternate. Also make sure to tell them WHY things are done a certain way not just how to do them. The WHY makes the info stick and helps them navigate coaching and mistakes later on.

I’ve done this a few times before. Sorry you’re having to do it- it can be crazy. I’d say the biggest help is to really ask each one individually different questions- try to really draw them out. It’ll depend on their personalities of course but one might tend to take over and drown out the others- give plenty of pauses and questions so that each one has an opportunity to demonstrate that they’re on the same page.

Yeah :( I wish it was one-on-one but we are having quite a lot of people quitting and having to re-hire again. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to cover everything, and what pace I should move.

Coffee tasting, how to brew, customer support with the list and three separate tasks you can over see , you can do those as a group….then one in window the other on DTO the other on custy towards the end of training and rotate
