Really random question, but when a guest is having problems with their drink, does anyone ever respond to the guest by saying “how can I make this right for you today?” And why am I thinking that’s what we’re supposed to say?

I think it’s in the training? I know I saw that quote when I was getting trained, but tbh, they always angrily tell me why it’s wrong so I never have to ask.

i think it’s because they always talk about making the moment right.
