Have they gotten rid of (or changed in some way) how people tip on the app? I’ve had multiple customers tell me they can’t tip on the app anymore, and after placing a few mobile orders I realized I couldn’t either. They had made it so you had to go in through the receipt in that time frame to tip, but even on that an option for tipping won’t come up. If they did away with MOP tipping that could be why tips have been down for so many stores

I’m only speaking from personal experience, but I thought tipping was removed for awhile until I re-enabled notifications (on an iPhone specifically).
After I place a mobile order I immediately get a banner notification for receipt/tip and it takes me to a tip screen if I click on it. If I don’t, I have to navigate through the receipt like you say above and then if I don’t tip within a certain timeframe it does remove it completely.

Additionally, I initially turned off notifications because I didn’t need to be reminded of every new drink, 2x star day, and seasonal game play. But ultimately turned them back on to make tipping simpler again.
