Does this also count if a creepy male regular puts their hand on your arm as you hand them your drink? This happened to my coworker recently.

I was informed by an officer at my store last week that it actually doesn't require them putting hands on you. They write a report with non contact assault for a dude who came toward my manager yelling and cursing with a wine bottle and the threat was enough. (This is Dallas, your location may vary, but it shouldn't be much different.)

Wouldn’t go as far as a police report but am incident report. Would only do it if it seemed like it was in a harmful or inappropriate way.
