If you don’t know something definitely look it up and tell them you cant remember. Pretending like you know everything is going to make them think you know everything which based on my experience, no one knows every standard and practice perfectly (including myself).

Definitely! I know there’s still things I’m learning and struggling with as I go. I’m here to support not act like I’m Holier than Thou. My trainer did that and I had to completely retrain myself and it was the worst experience.

Hii I trained my first green bean last week too! It was a lot of fun. I would say make sure to constantly ask if they have any questions or if they’re lost. There’s going to be some things that you might not get to, but don’t stress. Also make sure to communicate that to them as well. For instance I didn’t have to time teach my green bean how to makes whips or how to make the teas. But that’s something that they will learn as they go. Don’t be nervous is a lot of fun! You’re also going to learn things that you didn’t even know you were doing wrong lol

Thank you so much!! I think that’s helped me calm my nerves a lot honestly. I’ve been super stressed about the entire situation and I wasn’t told until today that I was training. I appreciate the advice and the reassurance that everything’s going to be fine 😌

yessss use the iPad store resources and it’ll walk you through everything for each specific module of training - reassure them everything takes time and practice is essential and it’s okay if they make mistakes because we all do! We’re all here to help each other out and get the job done at the end of the day so I always like to say I’m happy to have them on our team & I’m looking forward to their progress!
