If they complain when they pick it up, you tell them that you made it exactly as they ordered. If they wanted it differently, then they should’ve ordered it differently.

Lol this irritates me to no end - cold foam on hot drinks, especially the vsccf - I just pour that on top because let’s be real it’s gonna melt immediately
