I feel like my store has the worst customers in our district. even our phantoms seem to agree. yesterday a man asked for a refund after we confirmed his order THREE times and when we tried to issue the refund his card kept declining. We offered him other forms of refunds but he refused.

He came back two more times ONLY to yell at us. He ended up leaving a review saying we called him racial slurs and assaulted him - which obviously never happened.

i really try and get into our customers minds as to why they would make up such ridiculous stories over a $3 coffee but it doesn’t make sense. I could never imagine being so bitter
