Anyone who participates in this needs to know that you are not unionised, so your job is not protected in any way. You can and will be fired for this, and you will be marked nonrehireable for job abandonment.

Also, you are reaching a relatively small and rather spread out "sample size" of employees here. Even trying to spread it to Instagram and Twitter, you would need it to somehow go viral and honestly, not enough people are in support of reversing the mask mandate.

This, just like unionising, needs to occur at the store level. Not on Reddit where it will reach random people all over the place.

Also, really bad idea to be sharing this repeatedly when your username is your full name. Corporate lurks the subreddits, especially /r/starbucks.

This only makes it harder for the people who do work, there’s no point to this at all. Not enough people are gonna see this to make a noticeable difference, all it’s gonna do is screw over the people who ARE working that day

As someone said on your previous post, spreading this images using a username that contains your own name is a one-way ticket to losing your job.

Doubt anyone I work with will do this. Showed my fellow shifts and we all just laughed. I’m all for the mask mandate being lifted. If we can go into restaurants and eat then we can open our cafe’s. Does that mean more work? Yes. Am I happy about it? No, but it’s my job. Don’t like it then find another job.

There is now a r/StarbucksWorkersUnion where partners who wish to unionize and work towards better conditions can discuss their interests, goals, and needs to formulate a more realistic plan.

While my team has partners that have raised issue with the recent mask policy, there's just no way any of them would go this far and call out to do this ☹ It sucks though...
