I hear my tattoos with tegaderm. It’s basically a clear adhesive that you can keep on the skin for days and it’ll heal the skin gently. I leave it on from 3-5 days. It protects the tattoo, is waterproof, and once you take it off you skip the scabbing/peeling stage because it was contained in the adhesive!! I’ll admit it does get kinda gross looking after a day or 2 but it’s well worth it in the end, makes the healing process a breeze!

Wrap plastic wrap around your upper arm. Depending how long your shifts are, you’re gonna have to change it and wash your tattoo once or twice during your shift. If you’re working short 4-5 hour shifts you shouldn’t need to worry about that though.
