I got there this morning and my SM and the AM were sitting there. They read off the report and told me I was terminated. I wasn’t showing up on the schedule anymore and I knew it was coming.
Jealousy can really take over people... enough for them to want to get that person fired...
I cried only because I love being a barista. Looking for a new job.
Sigh.

I said a new partner was attractive. That turned into another partner (his future gf) who was jealous of basically reporting me for sexual assault and things escalated from there. She claim I literally said I wanted to have sex with him and I was a danger to the work environment. They also said I was sexual towards customers.I can assure you, I’m not😂

Possibly. Or the barista works in an at-will state. People get fired over all sorts of petty reasons.1

edit- sent you the link in chat. Not sure if you were wrongfully terminated or not since I wasn’t there, but if you feel you are you should pursue it. How did you not have an ethics and compliance investigation? You should have one. Call them
