i still have 12 hrs of unused sick time and my last day is coming up. can i call in sick on my last day to use up some of those sick hours, or will i not get paid my sick time for it?

yeah even if you call off for your last day (which is kinda shitty toward your co-workers) unless you were scheduled 12 hours you won’t get all your 12 hours of sick time. write it in the DRB and say that you add two doctors appointments or something so you get the full 12 hours.

You can but you’d have to put it in the book. They’ll pay you out your sick time on your last check either way.
