The crazy thing is that the current menu art LITERALLY has the vsccb pictured. Without foam.

My favorite is people that ask for foam and then mix it in.

If it isn’t part of the drink build automatically...then it doesn’t come with it. I don’t understand why people assume certain add ins come with drinks when they really don’t. You HAVE to ask.

I feel like this happens a LOT...as a barista who enjoys VSCCB and understands how annoying making cold foam is, I never ask for cold foam on top, I’ve gotten so many variations, a vanilla sweet cream cold brew made properly but also with cold foam added, I’ve gotten just cold brew with cold foam added, and since I add white mocha pumps (because I’m addicted to sugar) I feel like I’ve gotten various combinations of them including white mocha/not including vanilla. It always bugs me when they add the foam on when one, I wasn’t charged for it/didn’t ask for it because it’s my mark out drink so it’s not like I’m paying and two, because why make it more complicated.

I used to have a lady come in and order an Espresso Macchiato. And always complain that it was made incorrectly. Well don’t ya know what she actually wanted was a Caramel Macchiato. but absolutely refused to call it that. Because that’s just what She calls it and we’re supposed to know. So I just said. Order it correctly next time or it will not be remade for you and I will make you drink the whole damn thing. 😅😬 cause clearly it’s what you wanted.

Yes! I get this all the time! If you want the Vanilla sweet cream cold foam cold brew, I can make that for you. But that's an upcharge. 😊

Maybe when she orders vsscb she thinks it’s supposed to be a cold foam drink. I’d probably explain it to her that just pouring the cream on top is the way the vsscb is supposed to be made, and what she is looking for is a “cold brew with vanilla sweet cream cold foam.”

This happened the other day! And then when she tipped us because we remade it, she said “your welcome for the tip by the way”. If you’re gonna tip, just do it. I don’t want it if you’re gonna have that attitude 😒

I always ask if they want it on top or in the drink at this point 🙃

Ever since we got the straw-less lids I’ve been making the drink wrong so they don’t ask for a straw to mix. I just syrup, add vanilla sweet cream, then cold brew and ice. Even though it’s not standard.
