I think she’s just upset it lacks color for the purpose of a Snapchat picture. This could easily be corrected without getting the barista in trouble. The drink could’ve easily been replaced by another choice without involving a manager.

I always explain that it changes the color, not the taste. People usually either are ok with it or pick a different drink. The odd few times I’ve still had people mad are when they assume the actual liquid of the drink is colored...

Lately I’ve had trouble getting my baristas to let customers know that we’re out of the berries while they’re ordering instead of at the window so people don’t get upset (mostly green beans who have a lot to remember anyway tbh). She definitely needs to calm down about her drink but plz for y’all’s own sake clarify before you send the order through lol. The other day we had someone insist that it didn’t taste the same without the berries and they got something else even though we know for a fact it doesn’t. This was all at the window of course and fucked up out drive times.

Glad the very berry is getting discontinued so this lady can take a chill pill lmao.

I’ve had one or two people order a mango dragonfruit with the berries shaken in the drink but strained out when pouring into the cup…
