bottom line, my store is a mess and most problems could be solved by my store manager being less terrible. our store is cafe only, tiny, and super old but never renovated. the floors are SO slippery and the mats are so old theyre just as slippery as the tile! not to mention like a ton of other issues... wheres the best place to complain to someone higher up? my dm just got replaced so i doubt they are up to date on anything (also the old dm that just stepped down already didnt like my sm). i would really like to fully express the issues at my store. any tips?
